Risk of Loss: Any transaction carries a risk of capital loss.

Article 4: Intellectual Property

The entire architecture, source codes, algorithms, databases, and graphical interface of the Platform are the exclusive property of Abbonamento digitale. Any reproduction, automated extraction (web scraping), or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited under penalty of criminal and civil prosecution.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Within the limits permitted by French law:

Liability: Digital subscription cannot be held responsible for technical interruptions, network latencies, or financial losses incurred by the User.

Force Majeure: Our liability is discharged in the event of circumstances beyond our control (Article 1218 of the Civil Code), including major cyberattacks or failures of telecom operators.

Article 6: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These General Terms of Use are exclusively governed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with French Law. Any dispute relating to their execution or interpretation, in the absence of an amicable agreement, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, France.
